Consultants: Rupees Three Thousand only (Rs. 3000/-), Residents: One Thousand Five Hundred only (Rs. 1500/-); payable by crossed cheque (add Rs. 100/- for outstation cheques) / DD to ‘Forum for Swiss Neurology Education, Pune’. Course fees include two nights accommodation for one person on a twin-sharing basis and all meals. (Without accomodation: Consultants Rs 2000/-, Residents Rs 1000/-).
